nice stay with room for improvement

The room was spacious with a comfortable King studio setup. I appreciated the nearby shopping options that made it easy to grab essentials. The outdoor seating area was inviting and a great spot to relax after a long day.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel, especially the comfy room and the inviting outdoor seating area. It was great to relax by the seasonal outdoor pool and take advantage of the BBQ facilities during my stay. One small thing, though, housekeeping didn’t come by, so I had to manage with used towels—but it didn’t really ruin my overall vibe! 👍

Housekeeping was inconsistent, with some guests reporting no service at all during their stay, which can be annoying when you need fresh towels and refuse removal. The shower experience left much to be desired. the water spray consistently made a mess outside the enclosure, which didn’t help the cleanliness vibe. Also, the Wi-Fi struggled at times, making it tricky to stay connected for work or leisure purposes.

Our experience at Towneplace Suites in Cleveland had some real highlights. The 1 br king suite was HUGE, providing plenty of space for the family. The layout felt awesome. Kitchen amenities made it convenient to prepare meals. Bed pillows were comfy, and lighting with plenty of lamps added a nice touch. Breakfast stood out with its quality. it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Keurig coffee makers in the rooms made mornings much better. However, the sofa was uncomfortable, and the mattress didn’t feel great either. Unfortunately, our bed sheets were not clean upon arrival, which was disappointing. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room throughout our stay, which is an area needing improvement. It would have been nice to have fresh towels and trash thrown out, especially given the price. Despite the drawbacks, the place overall feels like the best option in Cleveland for comfort and amenities.

I had a delightful experience in a spacious King Studio. The large smart TV was a treat for movie nights. I enjoyed utilizing the mini stove to whip up a quick meal. Don’t miss the breakfast. the variety beats most hotels!

The cleanliness of the common areas was impressive, with attentive housekeeping maintaining the lobby and surrounding spaces, an essential feature for ensuring comfort and safety during my stay as a senior.

the staff genuinely cared about our comfort and the outdoor space was inviting for relaxation (loved the fire pit! ). the breakfast spread was impressive and featured warm items that made mornings delightful.

Free parking was nice. the fitness center was well-equipped. Wi-Fi was spotty.
